Article 4: Delivery and order processing time
Certain events beyond the control of blackroomorchestra.com which would tend to delay or prevent and make exorbitant the execution of the order or the delivery, constitute, by express agreement, a cause of suspension or extinction of the obligations of blackroomorchestra.com, at its option, and without compensation for the benefit of the customer if the event in question extends beyond 10 days, provided that the customer does not decide to renounce his order in the meantime.

If the customer is absent during the delivery and decides to cancel the order, a participation of 15.00 euros will be billed to him and, in the event of postponement of the order, it will be 10.00 euros.
Delivery takes place by handing over the packages containing the ordered goods. The customer has a period of twenty-four hours to make any complaints regarding the conformity of the contents of the packages with the order.

Article 5 : Payment
Ownership of the goods and the related risks are transferred to the customer upon taking possession of them.
The goods are payable in cash. Payment is always due when ordering via Paypal.
For the sake of customer protection, blackroomorchestra.com asks each customer, if applicable, to agree to always sign, by himself or the person receiving the packages, the copy of the delivery slip from the deliverer.
Our site is the subject of a security system. Our banking transactions are secure.
Article 6 : Returns and exchanges
The return and exchange policy is 30 days since the order is taken, after this period we will not be able to proceed with any exchange or refund. This policy does not apply to screen prints and vinyls.
Any order for screen printing or vinyl is final.
For the return or exchange of an order to be possible, the item must be returned to us in the same condition as it was received: any item already worn, worn, washed or torn or even damaged will not be refunded or exchanged. If all these conditions are not met NO refund or exchange will be made.

Any order automatically entails your acceptance of our General Conditions of Sale. These General Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts, it being specified that if the customer is a trader, the courts of Poitiers will have sole jurisdiction.
Article 13 : Right of withdrawal / Returns
In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a withdrawal period of 7 clear days from the date of delivery to exercise the right of return and cancellation of his order.
The date of the delivery receipt constitutes the starting date of this period. This right of return and cancellation may relate to all or part of the order.
